[Gmat-buildtest] Nav Test Run using latest Windows build

Hi All, Results below. With the addition of EKF tests, the Nav tests now take more time than the non-Nav tests. The Nav tests are calculation-heavy. I wonder if this means a faster processor would somewhat significantly decrease the run time. Updated script to run the Nav tests attached.

The two new failures appear to be spurious. They are a result of a qualitatively new type of failure. The log files for the two failed cases are truncated. The file must have been closed before the write was finished. The Timeout variable is set to 600 seconds by default. Any ideas? --
