Hi,
When ARIA and /or HTML 5 is used, how do we expect the reading order
of form fields to be heard?
For instance, the caption, then the type of form field, then the

Also will this reading order vary depending on the screen reader we use?
Twice now I have tried unsuccessfully to receive tech support from the Geek
Squad 1800 location. I do everything required and it does not hook up with
the supporter into my system to work ultimately.
First you must enter a 6-digit code, then run a tiny program, accept,

Do you know the name of the small program that Geek Squad asked you to

troubleshooting even though you apparently can't get this program to work

It was some kind of Aplatt that took about 20 seconds to run. I am covered
with a service contract so no charge. Local stores will not work on problems
with software, so it seems.

I had the exact same problem when trying to update to IE 11. The worst
part is that I required the technical school near me to install the
service pack, as I was unable to do it.

I have hesitated to try Avast myself because some Avast users on other lists
have reported that it may be necessary to boot into safe mode to remove it
in the event that it doesn't work out, and booting into safe mode, of
course, requires sighted help.

Hi
In order to use remote support, you have to purchase it from Freedom
Scientific. The same is true for Tandem direct. If you did purchase remote
support, contact Freedom Scientific to have them create a dongle update file
for you.

Hi All,
When using IE 9, Jaws will no longer read text entered into edit and search
fields. The bigger problem is that Jaws is also unable to activate radio
buttons. It's not a problem with Jaws though. At least I don't think so because
Firefox and Jaws are doing well. I'm using Jaws 13, IE 9

Hi,
You can always remove whatever you do not want from the program list later.
I believe you have to be in forms mode to edit, then it might read it.
