Hi,
I hope that even though this is related to basic scripting that it is ok to
post here. I've seen a few script-related questions here, thus I draw the
conclusion.
The problem is that scripts I've created under Jaws8 or 9 do not seem to
associate with the correct application.
Even after
I don't think it is a desktop application though. I've tried to set it up
but I think I have to have a domain, and I really don't wonna do that.

Wordpress standalone is for domains, if you had a windows server setup with
IIS and your own domain name, you'd be able to set it up no problem,
otherwise you can access it through the web and have the folks at wordpress
hoste it on their servers for you, which is free by the way.

And, if you'd like to use an easier to use interface. Use wordpress.com's
mobile site. Witch cuts out all of the clutter, or there's always
blogger.com which you are able to post from your email client by sending an
email to post on your blog. You can also post with text messages using
Good deal, I figured that was the problem. Your scripts were associated just
fine only you did not know it.

That, I don't know. My wife has it on hers, so I'll have to see what

I think Post2Blog is quiet well working with JAWS.

Hi Folks,
In previous versions of Jaws, one could press alt+spacebar to get to the system
menu, where one could simply press the letter X to maximize the window.
That is no longer possible with version 10.
I'm assuming that FS has replaced this keystroke with another one, and so I'm
wondering
Hi Voctor,
Just tested some things here.
It works with Jaws10 in Outlook, Notepad, Wordpad and Word for starters.

You don't have to set it up to watch video on calls you make if the other
party has video. There is a start my video button when the call completes
which sends your video out. If the other party has a camera and selects this
option their video will come across to you. If they do not select that
Isn't that a standard Windows keyboard shortcut?

Hi Donald, I find this is happening with all of my programs, most notably
in Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and Firefox.
No matter what I do, alt+space will not bring up the system menu, no matter
what I try.
At first, I thought this might be a Jaws issue, but, from the looks of
things,
Maybe some other key is locked dows and adds itself to the combination. What

Does the Alt key alone bring you to the menus? Try pressing the space after
separately pressing Alt and JAWS says File. Perhaps some of your keys are
not working properly?

Even after a re-start, I am faced with the same thing.
The thing is, Donald, when I press the alt key, I get the standard file
menus, and can arrow through them all, however, if I go to the left, of the
file menu, or the right of the help menu, I just wrap around to the first
menu, when these

operation. In order to get to the System menu, you must either press
The alt-space bar/X to maximize a window isn't a JAWS key command, it's a
windows key command. Meaning, it works with or without Jaws.
