Wordpress standalone is for domains, if you had a windows server setup with IIS and your own domain name, you'd be able to set it up no problem, otherwise you can access it through the web and have the folks at wordpress hoste it on their servers for you, which is free by the way. Aiden -

You don't have to set it up to watch video on calls you make if the other party has video. There is a start my video button when the call completes which sends your video out. If the other party has a camera and selects this option their video will come across to you. If they do not select that
