Hi.
Does anyone know how to disable the ribbon in Microsoft outlook 2016 so that
it would be easier to navigate?
Thanks.

Hi Michelle,
When this happens, try maximizing the window to see if that helps. Windows
key + up arrow, or Alt + Spacebar, let up on both, then press the letter, X.
I don't run Outlook so I can't test it, but I'm sure others would be curious
to know if it works for you.

other information and come back, I get a messege like that.
I'm using Windows 10 and JAWS 17.
What I do is press "ESC", then press "Cancel" and it will let me finish.

The process described below is an option within the "move to folder"
function and really does create new folders. Try it, it's very straight
forward to use and has worked every time for me in organizing business and
personal emails for many years.

No, it's not the spring release; that hasn't come out quite yet.
The naming conventions for Windows 10 update releases is:
First two digits signify the release year;
Second two digits indicate the month.
Hence, 1709 was released in September, 2017 -- and is otherwise known as the
Fall update.
Does it make a difference? In what way?
Windows 10 pro gives you a bit more control over when updates are installed
than the Home version does.
As far as Jaws performance with other programs, it doesn't matter which
version of Windows 10 you have -- Home, Pro, or Ultimate.

It is a bit of a pain really, if you want to do anything to folders like rename
