nothing other than a JPEG image or two. Yes, it is entirely possible for PDFs
to be added to Legacy but are they supported in all reports and web page
creations? Wouldn’t it be better to extract the JPEG image from the PDF and
then attach the JPEG as a picture?

With ALL of the different languages in today’s world there is NO program that
can handle this. You will see that some programs have different languages but
NOT all of them.

There is NO correct way. What works for you, but you need to be consistent.

I have been using Outlook since version 98 and now 2010.
I have never hsd issues with the LUG email going to the junk folder.
One needs to check all of the options within the Junk area of Outlook. You may

I am not a pro, but, I do NOT use very many abbreviations or postal codes and
when I do, I do not use any periods. The two letter codes for states are not
abbreviations but are Postal Codes. The abbreviation is still Mich, not MI.

I think you should find that most of the legal information should be based on
the legal name. Any other name usage would be a Nick name.
