I use Legacy v8 Deluxe Windows 8 I have always put surnames in Uppercase. I thought that was the proper thing to do. Legacy allows you to specify that this will always happen. But then it will flag a potential problem. This happens regardless of whether you have Uppercase surnames on or off. You
