I received an email from Legacy about upcoming webinars. The heading
included "5 Ways to Use ChatGPT for Genealogy". However, when I opened the
email, this topic was not among them. Nor was it mentioned in the Legacy
News section of Legacy Home. Although I am wary of using ChatGPT, I am very

where there are no laws protecting people from vile companies like My

Ian,
Do you, like me, live in Australia? I once subscribed to MyHeritage and did
not know why I was subjected to every dirty trick in the book, while other
subscribers seemed happy with MyHeritage. Recently I found out the US has
strict laws against such “Dark Pattern” tricks, but Australia does

The bugs were not related to sources, but out of curiosity, I clicked on
it, thinking another screen would pop-up which would make it clearer what
it was
After using Legacy for many years, I just found something that I really

I am interested in one of the webinars from 2nd September, but I can not
find a link to it. Do I have to register in order to watch it online?
(Webinars used to be free to watch online for about a week, before
requiring a subscription. It has been a number of years since I watched a
webinar, so
I think Brian's suggestion of using the Publication Centre is good. The

I am trying to change the color scheme in Family View. The problem is that
when I make the changes, I cannot save them because the Set Colour Scheme
pop-up box is over the save button. I try dragging the pop-up box away but
it does not move.

I would to thank people for the replies. I think Legacy is great software
except for the fact that it cannot handle all Polish diacritics. Legacy has
some diacritics in its Special Characters Bar, so I do not understand why a few
more cannot be included there. Why would it need a new platform
This is my first experience with a GEDCOM, so I am not sure where the problem
