with arguments outside of math mode. When I TeX I often define macros with
or without arguments. Are these possible? Alternatively, can one define

end one or more LyX styles with the End keyword.
If your .layout file seems to be recognized but you don't see your custom

I started using LyX some time ago for stuff like letters and my CV.
Recently I started a rather bigger project - the Stellarium User Guide.
Everything's going pretty well, and I've learnt a lot about stuff like
using bibtex and how to make indexes with sub-items etc. All good.

printindex{} at end.
How can I get my generated books' table of contents to also have an entry
that says: Index with the correct page number?
(I couldn't find this via google, please feel free to point me to the faq

its latex name. However, I can't get it to work. What would be the syntax
