Yesterday, I restarted the computer after clearing the caches and it took
forever to restart. When it did, it couldn't discover the mouse. Finally
fixed that and went to google chrome -- couldn't access any
device. Makes no sense!

After I had the cable modem installed.. it wouldn't work. Long story
short,,, I asked the tech if he was familiar with Mac's. He replied he
wasnt. I said... neither was I but I had one and I wanted to speak to
someone who WAS mac
