it seems that when these battery start to go bad, a lot of times they don't just crash all it wants. At least, that's what mine did, it started giving me less and less time. So, if you have had your iPhone for a while, it might be beneficial to get the battery tested. At least it was for me.

I know exactly what you mean since back in 2010 I was determined I was not going to get a phone without buttons. However, now that I have my iPhone, there is no way I'm going back. It just takes some getting used to. You can use the onscreen keyboard for dialing. Good luck with your choice.
