To add to this, switching accounts would be pretty easy, from a message storage perspective at least. You need only create the folders you want on your new account, then move or copy all your messages over right from within the Mail app on the Mac or iOS device. Did you try a clean install

Jim, I only have 4 GB of RAM but Apple Accessibility told me that was more than enough for what I do. 97,000 messages in this all mail folder which never was a problem in Mountain Lion. I think something in Mavericks mac mail with gmail doesn't properly load something as trying to write

Hello, Not quite sure from your descriptions, but you might just need to expand a tree item. If scanning your list of mailboxes, you hear collapsed then hitting VO-backslash or an unmodified right-arrow will expand the item so you can see the enclosed folders. Best wishes, Jonathan

Once you find it in Trash, Press VO M to go to the menu bar; go over to Message, and down to move to, submenu. Right arrow there and then press I, for Inbox, and enter. That will move the message from Trash to Inbox. If there are other messages in Trash that you wish to move to Inbox, you

Oh I knew there was an easy answer. Thank you very much. In my gmail account I can't see the spam, starred, all mail, travel folders anymore. There's just an mailbox called blank under trash with nothing in it. I don't think I've changed any of my gmail settings. Should I be in full screen

I might have been the only person using it in Snow Leopard, but I usually did this with: VO-shift-J VO-shift-up It is almost too bad that jump mode was replace by jump to popup in LIon, I have yet to find jump to popup working for me, though I have not tried very hard. Hope this is

Hi Frank, If you're using a laptop keyboard or Apple Wireless keyboard you have to add Shift to those combinations, so it's VO-Fn-Shift-Left arrow to go to the top of the list and VO-Fn-Shift-Right arrow to move to bottom of the list. Without the shift keys you're moving to the top and bottom
