Not no-name, Contitech if going by the picture. Wouldn't touch that
Bando on looks alone, just looks cheap! http://www.bandousa.com
I'd go with the Contitech, if not ordering a MB belt for $10-$15 more.
Thanks to Rich K. for the link, at benzpartsforless:
OE Mercedes: $34.05 not bad!
$58.47 OE @ benzpartsforless 201 501 43 82 (lower hose).
I'm really liking this site! Helps though if you look up the part #'s in
the EPC or elsewhere first. Excellent OE pricing! Have you actually
ordered from them before Rick K.?

Posted this yesterday, if anyone missed it (240D Thermostat to Water

Sorry, yes in that post I was referring to Curt's (190D) hose.
The hose for your 350SDL (lower rad, 1265000875) lists for $80 @
benzpartsforless.

That is a “cut to fit” hose. Have him contact
The address on the

You right, it won't show the early 80's models. So you'd need a part No.
See if you can identify the part you need here?

When I ordered new rubber brake lines for the 260E I had, I bought a
$10 Brake Bleeding Kit as well

lines with new syn DOT 3/4
Looks like that part No. is for certain W109 W110 W111 R113 W114 gas
models only.
What year is your 240D? I'll try to look up the correct part No. for
you, so you know what to order.

You don't have a sig with your MB's listed, 450SL isn't it? IIRC it's
green!
I'd be surprised if your local MB dealer couldn't order it for you. I'm
sure the hose must still be available from MB?

For instance, I can get aftermarket Bosch wiper blades at the local auto

That's great to hear!!! I had thought the damage may have been to severe
