Are you mounting the card as an SD card, or with USB adapter? When I had to format a big SD card, I had to download a tool and mount the card with a USB adapter, and then I had no problems. I don't remember the name of the tool, but it was a free download and provided lots of formatting

It's unclear whether this is a 617 or 60x engine, but assuming it is the former, they can become difficult to start once they've sat for a while. Easiest is to tow-start it (yes, even with an automatic - check the owner's guide) but for sure you can get it going by removing all but one glow

That looks like what is happening to the X ones on there now. One has been losing air slowly, thought it was a nail, took it off and close inspection shows the belt on both edges starting to separate. Maybe 3/16 - 1/4 tread left, but they are dried and cracked too, so probably fairly old.
