The SDS would not only show you the codes, you could see the WIS as it relates
to the parts that are faulting along with "actual values” to see exactly what
and when the faults are occurring. You can also run diagnostics on some
systems, such as turning a particular component on and off
Pull the tcm back out and using a flathead screw driver you need to pry the
circuit board out of the case and see if it’s full of oil. If so clean it out.
If you replace the conductor plate test the solenoids while you are doing it.
Google how to test them, it’s easy. You measure resistance

No, they wouldn't. They're all clipped into the conductor plate, though.
Along with the two speed sensors,
which are molded into the conductor

For those who care to engage those who irritate you with robo calls... a

It just dawned on me. Just like the morons on the 123 fakebook group
think they know everything and will not listen to advise, it is the
exact same thing with the 21 year old kid who just graduated from
college with an associates. So he has this girlfriend and they have
decided they want to
Nope. It’s a systemic thing that all generations suffer from. We all thought
our parents were idiots.
I have said that the word “STUPID” is visible on my forehead to them and them
only. As they age and become a little “smarter”, that “STUPID” begins to fade.
For one of my kids it’s pretty much
No, I think it's nearly a universal experience with all kids that age,
regardless of time frame.

It has been up for auction 2-3 times and no bids. As long as it is not
all rusty it maybe it is worth messing with.

Well I am thinking I listened to advice, maybe I didn't and I am just
remembering it wrong.

So I got the connector back in and cleaned that all up. Pulled the TCM
and cleaned the contacts, there might have been a bit of tranny oil in
one of the connectors but I couldn't be sure. Anyway got it all buttoned
up and took it out for a spin. Was running a bit rough but I had
disconnected
The prices of the asian cars are crazy around here, I don't get it.
This one, aside from the salvage title aspect, actually looks pretty
nice and the price is reasonable considering the rest of the market
pricing we are seeing. And there actually aren't that many on the
market in this price
