indeed , if you have proof of mailing (and in your case even of delivery) then why did you refund ? even if he leaves negative feedback all you have to do is click on " report buyer " there you fill in your trackingnumber , ebay cancels the negative feedback and that's it ... filipDate:

If you have something from the post office saying the purchase was delivered, Ebay and PayPal will both accept that and will not allow the buyer to reverse his payment.
