Stormwater treatment ponds, vegetated swales, and rain gardens are some of
the practices that work much better at removing these smaller sized
pollutants.

of the other butterfly and moth caterpillars - outside of this, BT is
supposedly not too much of a concern - but I do not know much about this.

shortage of affordable housing is a huge problem in the entire Twin Cities
area, and I applaud those working to help the poor on this issue.
