My guess: updates are getting bigger and bigger in size. But the default
time to install is 5 minutes. The client will "say" it failed because it
took longer than 5 minutes--but it did install fine. We've started multi
selecting the cumulative os updates in the console, and changing the
install

"yes", but I don't know for sure without knowing which report you are
