I think that we should use place types to give more information, although
I understand that the musical relevance of this information may

stadium (expensive, but technically possible) just as a live performance

Yeah. That classical FAQ is horribly outdated, and I think the best
option is to simply
directly the coordinates should allow to easily create

for doing that. I think primary concert venue is a good enough phrase - as
you said, 'associated venue' becomes a bit vague.
Couldn't there be a default text for this? Something like date when this
relationship started?
