I have taken snapshot from running instances,when
creating instance from that snapshot its failing to get new ip
address,because of existing udev rules of eth0.
How can this be fixed other than manually removing udev rules before
creating snapshots.

I think that if there is a use case for an *ED state, then we should have
it. And if we have one *ED state, I think it makes sense (and is
consistent) to have them for all the active states.
