I had planned to wait awhile for the price to drop before buying a K1, but at $1800, I figured, why not now! Ordered from B because they know how to ship cameras and are good when there's a problem. Since I had expected to spend 3K for the K1, this opens the door for the 24-70/2.8 real soon.

I had double total knee replacements about 9 years ago - the best thing I could have done - I'd be in a wheel chair now without them! My knee replacements involve a 'plastic' piece (Patella replacement) between the upper and lower fittings - typical in total knee replacements - like a cushion
