Great to see what you did and that the subprocess approach can
actually be used on windows as well. Too bad of all the necessary
encoding stuff.

with "cd" being an internal comand of PHP Shell. As far as I know you do
not really change to the directory but just tell PHP Shell where you

user as the system32 directory is strictly off limits to the 'public' account
