etc. Sure if the user changes their font it might be off by at most a
dozen pixels, atleast you won't get stuck in a nasty yoffset position.
Ofcourse, porting the bookmarks to their own db would be nice to hav

It's really not such a Bad Thing, upgrading is. Besides, I'm certain
that any plucker developer will introduce a change as catastrophic as

so chooses to hide itself so the user can

way, scanline/rle compression is broken under netpbm2, and not
available under pil2. IIRC imagemagick is the only image mangler that
support

under windows directly. What we were referring to was the viewer
(where the original issue came up about specifying headers)..
None of the viewer developers use windows (voluntarily:)

we're using cygwin then check if that environment variable is set.. if
not print an error.. That would atleast be useful for anyone else
wanting to build under cygwin.

quotes in place of < >, it should only look in the current directory,
IIRC.

g another set of eyes go through the docs is definatly helpful.
However I would say if you could group your patches into one big one,
it would definatly be easier for someone over here to review them. :)
