If you want to use the amp for input but monitor through your studio monitors, you will need to set the amp as the input device and the audio interface that the monitors are plugged into as your output device. I don’t remember if PT allows you to set a different input device and output device

If you want authentic sounding harmonies, Harmony engine is still my favorite. Izotope’s Nectar gives good results but I haven’t tried nectar 3 yet for accessibility. Other notable mentions are Izotope’s Vocal synth and QuadraVox or Octo Vox from Eventide, however those aren’t as realistic

Copy the mp3 in finder and paste it into the body of the email you are sending the person. It will be sent as an attachment. Alternatively you can right click on the file in finder with VO+Shift+M and go to the share sub menu and select email. It will open a blank email with the file already

Well you definately want Pitch correction first in the chain before any other processing. Personally however I would put the noise gate second so any clean up can be done prior to eq and compression. Which order the EQ and compressors are in are a matter of personal taste and you can experiment
