If you want to use the amp for input but monitor through your studio monitors, you will need to set the amp as the input device and the audio interface that the monitors are plugged into as your output device. I don’t remember if PT allows you to set a different input device and output device

The Focusrite Clarett range is nice, and while the control software is inaccessible the iOS app seemed to work well when I last tried it. You will need to have the computer running the software on the same wifi connection as your iOS device to pair and control the Clarett from the device. The

Well you definately want Pitch correction first in the chain before any other processing. Personally however I would put the noise gate second so any clean up can be done prior to eq and compression. Which order the EQ and compressors are in are a matter of personal taste and you can experiment
