Have you seen these Andel cranks Joel, they're 110 BCD 170mm straight arms from Andel, who is a well known quality crank manufacturer. They also happen to make Rivs Silver crank. This particular crank only says "forged", but frankly neither are many high quality cranks, like TA Carmina.
