You have a good point though Skipp. Maybe that's
why I was blowing up front end (mixer) FET's every couple
months in the Mitrek :)

It can be. The common stuff is white, but I've seen
the clear variation on lots of industrial equipment
(DC-DC motor controllers for example) used for their
FET's and SCR's.

I'm starting to think that the 6264 is slightly
different from a standard 2864, but the 2864
works in it's place??
This was a private email to me, so I hope you
don't mind me sending it to the list Bryon.

be loaded into the 6264
if it looses it's data when unplugged? As the RC-96
doesn't have any backup battery, how is the data saved?
Cross-posted to the ACC list.

Mine also went up in smoke some 6 years ago. It's
been running on an AT computer power supply since!
All the voltages are available and at $25, much cheaper
than the $600 they wanted for the original.

Hi Guys:
Just thought I let you know that I have a near

look good, and are not being loaded down. The
data lines do PULSE though. Good data for about
2 seconds, then nothing (logic zero) for about
a second.
If there is any base data for the EEPROM, would anyone
have it in a bin file for version 5.2?
Thanks,

if you've had problems with it in the past.
I have a bunch of the 2864, as well as the 27011 in new
condition (and noI won't sell any!).
If you could read one of your '64's Skipp and send me
the BIN file, I would appreciate it, even if it has
been programmed (callsign, macros, etc).

higher power at an idle, not lower.
There is only so much you can do with a stock alternator
casing and stator, but some of the aftermarket units
are incredible.

I also have a couple 88 split (450 to 470) Mastr Exec II

I'll only ask once, then they go to Ebay.
PLEASE reply off list.

Mustang which I still have. Called
6 dealers, 3 local and 3 in Toronto. One of the dealers
in Toronto got the deal by a margin of 3 or 4 hundred
dollars. Doesn't sound like much but the NEW Mustang
only cost me $4200 back in '78 :)
It works for a lot of things.

radio installations.
Check out your closest alarm installer, they probably
have many not being used..for free.
Only drawback was that they are silver in colour, but
a can of black spray paint takes care of that.
How many do you need?
