In fact you could use the random node in ice. The test random
probability node uses it. What you are looking for a is a gaussian
distribution(bell curve). I think the random probability node implements

Not sure about the selection, but scene debugger gives you the full info on
various scene memories. I think it will serve your purpose. To open just
click on the button with the bag icon, it is next to the script editor

Yes MT Spring is the way to go. Recently I used it on one of my game
characters. I was looking for a nice jiggle and a tail. I used MT Spring on

I think it can be done with some tricks. The inspect module does not work
directly on the script editor code because of the way python is implemented
in softimage. With some wizardry, what can be done though is to grab the
current file path directly from the layout views of the script editor. Once
Location Node' with a surface with 4 sub surfaces.
I don't see any way to find the index of the subsurface of the
location. I can get the UV and even the number of subsurface, but how
do I get which subsurface the location is actually on ?

As far as I know Django extensively employs python meta classes for the magic
stuff. Python Meta Class concept is extremely powerful in case one is curious
enough to learn it.
