Look in the direction of the road= arrow (eg SN)
Observe lane from left to right.
In Belgium on a common street with 2 directions, the left side is in the
reverse direction (eg 2 NS) and the right side lanes goes in the
direction of the arrow (eg 3 SN).

Záleží, jaký editor byl použit. Mám pocit, že ID a Potlach posunutí
vůbec neřeší (teď už možná jo). No a i v JOSM to je docela
skryto. Chtělo by to nějak zviditelnit. Třeba mít možnost nastavit
vrstvě nějaký příznak a JOSM by při načtení vrstvy automaticky
nabídlo kalibraci.
Bylo by

Do mapy by se hodilo i pridat vrstvu, kde jdou videt spatne budovy (pro
pripadnou kontrolu) a vrstvu, kde budou budovy, ale nezobrazi se ty co jsou
chybne(kdyz se resi co chybi dodelat v meste).

todo by měla vyhovovat, co jsou chybné se zobrazují šedivě. Pokud někdo má
potíže s rozlišováním barev, dal by se přidat nějaký znak, třeba křížek jako
škrtanec.

Good question. I come from a local government geographer perspective. I
feel that the data should be as authoritative and official as possible with
regard to naming. It's simple for a computer algorithm to abbreviate,
ignore or omit information, but quite difficult to synthesize missing
In Georgia, (almost?) all state roads are signed with the state outline and the
highway number, but no GA or Georgia text with it. Occasionally you might
see State Road or State Route printed on the sign in addition to the state
outline. In some very rural areas, I think there might still be a
