que hacer una nueva captura quitando la ventanita de JOSM o copia

Es que el josm.sh que te bajas se baja la ultimísima versión de josm,
independientemente de si es estable o de si no funciona...
Prueba a modificar el fichero josm.sh cambiando todas las referencias de
josm-latest.jar por josm-tested.jar, de modo que se baje la última

For the past couple of days in Potlatch 2, the ways and
points done by nonagreers to the license have been highlighted in red
