I backed up everything from 1.53 on my old laptop and tried to restore
from that backup file but it won't work.

Somehow I have managed to get the reading confirmation toggled ON in every
one of my folder. Even though I never set it in any folder I can't
seem to figure out how to turn it off globally. There must be a way to
