anybody know if the alternatives stop working?
No it does not! I just tested this. The alternative not only disappears
from your sight, but from the functionality of the filter as well.

Excuse me! I mean, "Yes it does!" Rephrased: Alternates do _not_ work
when moved to Kill filters!
