Just received an email from Jeopardy! about an Adult online test in mid-April.
Since these are usually done in January, I was wondering if anyone here had an
idea about why this test is being done in April. If the J! website is
up-to-date, it appears there was no January 2015 online test.
The official word is that you are in the pool for 18 months from your audition
date. Since my last audition was in late May of 2014, I would be in the pool
through November of this year. It sounds like David L.'s mom is in a similar

FWIW, the podcasts and at least this first TV episode are much more
conversations than lectures. It helps mitigate the bloviating he can do during
an invited talk.

On tonight's program, The Nightly Show broadcast Larry's conversation with
Baltimore gang members (in Charm City, over pie) from last night. Video should
be available sometime tomorrow. Whether you think the show has found its
groove comedically or not, this is something worth noting for a lat
1989, same month that Arsenio started his first run. Sajak also, at least to
start, went 90 minutes.
