Instead of the LibreOffice menu bar integrated in the title bar, in the
title bar appears 'LibreOffcie Small Device Format Importer' instead of
'LibreOffice-Textverarbeitung' (writer) when launching LibreOffice
Writer.

We, the German translators, have done the same as Milo did. It's just a
workaround. We have translated the string as if it was written in this

I can confirm this problem of a partly untranslated computer-janitor in
Maverick for German localization, too. The corresponding string was
translated to German on 2010-09-03 [1] but shows up in english in
Maverick. Please see attached screenshot.

I can confirm the phenomenon that RussianNeuroMancer is describing when
installing current Natty (at least Alpha) with German localization. The
user sadly has to 'install and switch to' German, after the installation
of Natty is complete - though the user already specified that he/she

I just tested it in Maverick (fully updated) and with a German
localization.
While burning a DVD with Brasero, the indicator menu of Brasero showed
up fully translated – for the burn process as well as for the verify
process. Please see the attached screenshot.

It does NOT seem to be fixed. In a fully updated Natty inside VirtualBox
I have very similar problems with indicator-datetime too. It appears to
be 'half way' translated though gettext displays the strings from
launchpad translations correctly. And also:

test the translation fix!
Can you tell us, whether the wrong translation of the desktop entry is
still there or is this translation fix released now so that the problem

Similar problem here. Unity doesn't start. Wishlist: Make Unity work
with OpenGL 1.2 without extensions (and not only with OpenGL 1.4+ plus

I'm using an IMAP email account. The IMAP server tends to create quite
long timeouts and Evolution randomly seems to loose the connection.

Hi Sam,
I can confirm that the German translation for this string has a grammar
issue and needs to be fixed. Additionally the message is fuzzy. This
dialog obviously appears if the user tries to open a location that does
not exist and if the location that was entered has no colon in it.

The LiVES translation in Launchpad [1] seems to be outdated/unused (at
least for the German language: 2116 untranslated strings). I can't find
the string »Eine unzul…« shown in the screenshot.
Anyway this issue looks like an i18n problem within LiVES itself. The
project is maintained by Salsaman
I can definitively confirm this problem with the rendering problem of
the message preview pane in evolution: No message preview content at all
when selecting an email - or an old message is displayed or visual
glitches like described above. Long multipart and HTML messages seem to
trigger it in a
Using Ubuntu 13.10 (64 bit), I have disabled speedstep function in bios
and now I have the same problem with crashing indicator-cpufreq:

This bug could be a duplicate of bug #1058672 ?
Also, removing the ~/.config/gwibber/gwibber.sqlite file, killing
gwibber-service and restarting gwibber-service -do , and then reauthorizing,
would solve the problem, if the fix for bug #1058672 would be released.
