I *think* this may be an issue that your router is not up before LMS
tries to start.
LMS needs to set the time using ntpd. This has been discussed a few
times before.

I have a very minor issue that may have started with 7.0, but may also
be a pi4 issue.
If I have a power failure, when power is restored pCp does not start up.
I need to manually reboot the pi4 (by unplugging / replugging the
power) to get pCp to start again.
Anyone else have this occur?

The squeezelite extension has been updated to v1.9.9.1364 to support the
new Balance control.
The new feature requires LMS 8.2.0-1614413430 from February 27th 2021 or
newer then in the middle of the LMS Player Audio Settings adjust the

Hey guys,
I'm not sure if this is the best thread to post my issue, but maybe

Is this "safe" to do? will .filetool.lst get overwritten during an
upgrade without me knowing about it? If so, is there another way to add
files to the backup?

Ah - ok - found it. It's Update vs. Full Update.
"Update" of PCP doesn't fix it. There's obviously another dependency -
have to do a "Full Update", which I saw updated some other dependencies

After update PCP shows the new version and works fine, but

There's a typo in the help for setting an alternate MAC address for
squeezelite. The term "overwrite" is used -- I'm sure that what was
meant was "override". Clearly this config doesn't actually overwrite a
