Have you tried to clear your browser's cache? autosave.js has been modified between XWiki 8.1 and 8.2.1 and you may have the older version cached in your browser. I know, asking your users to clear the browser cache is not nice, we have this issue to fix http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-6073 . H

I installed the CKEditor on my 8.1 installation and it worked the first time I tried to edit a page, but after that I get the same spinning sprocket that I do with the default 8.1 WYSIWYG editor over HTTPS using the Nginx reverse proxy. Hi all, Thanks for helping me and for fixing the instructions document. I was able to add the plugins to the editor. However, I still cannot center a table on a page.. I am using the default skin that comes with 2.7, does that overwrite the table align style? Thanks again for all the support on X

What XWiki version have you downloaded and installed? The playground is version 1.5.2 (last stable) but we also have for download a 1.6 milestone 2. A lot of things in the rendering have changed in the mean time. If the playground suits your needs, just download and use the 1.5.2 version. Anca L

The wysiwyg editor is pretty usable (although not perfect) if you don't try to do fancy things (hence Guillaume's recommendation to remove the ability to do a few fancy things). Fancy things = things for which there's no wiki syntax. Most xwiki users use the wysiwyg editor. Thanks -Vincent
