This is a well known issue.
IE sucks, unfortunately.
The solution is to embed the video in HTML, which is a bit of a pain in
the behind, and can mess up syndication if you use FeedBurner.
So here's the real solution... its a code generator that I built that
creates links to launch the video in
Email subscriptions:
Feedblitz does this.
It's now partnered with Feedburner, so if you are using Feedburner just
go to Publicize and click on Email subscriptions.
Otherwise go directly to http://www.feedblitz.com/
I haven't used it. Don't know anything about it other than it must work cause
Also, I believe your video has to be in H.323 or mpeg4. Mine's in
mpeg1, which more people (in theory) can play, but not so hip. Or
compressed. Alas.

I got my video iPod today, HOORAY! Just watched some Rocketboom and
some Tiki Bar TV and some Human Dog. It looks pretty amazing on my
21 TV as well. The only problem is MY videos. I have been saving my
last couple vids with H.264 in anticipation of the new iPod but they
