IOS 9 release was nearly as good as the release of 7...IOS8 was the one plagued with all the issues at first. Your phone likely just automatically downloaded the new update, but hasn't installed it yet. It's smart though to wait until the first or second patch has been released to get rid of

Thanks for this, now I don't see a choice for installing it. I'm looking in settings and software update and I am not on my PC. Where I am says "I aOS 9.02" "Apple, Inc" "Already downloaded" And that's it. I've tapped on all of those things and nothing happens. Thanks for any help.
