I believe the all mail is just in the mail app, not on the PC. All mail, means just that, all of your mail. In outlook on the PC, each account has its own folder and within those accounts, the deleted items have their own folder, etc. Richard Ralph's Observation: It is a mistake to allow any

1) Don't leave your finger on the message in the list. I usually get it to work when I use a right or left flick. It does not work when I delete a message. 2) Archive has to do with whether or not your messages are flagged for saving on the server or moved to trash. Notes is for backing notes
