If you did an encrypted backup to your computer before upgrading, I would think you could restore your phone, using this backup, and it would be restored to the previous IOS. Or, I guess you could use your ICloud backup, but it wouldn't restore as much as the encrypted backup. Other than these

Since you are now in iOS 7, did you know you can also use the handwriting feature to open apps on different pages? If you have aps that you routinely go to on different pages, you can turn the rodar to handwriting, and simply draw the letters on screen. I don't think you have to enable this feature
