All I can say is check it out. I had a look last night, and it's nice. At least now you can easily get to the user guides for all of their products, in accessible formats, for example. Before, you had to go through hoops before you can get to them. Even if you found them, they may be in PDF form

Well, it is a fairly minor issue for me, too, but from what I read it is not just isolated as many people have reported this on here. Try to pick a thread with 5 or 6 messages in the conversation and then reply to the last one and see what happens. As you said, maybe it is not an issue for you.
