Two problems with Bluetooth are there poor dictation reception. I guess the
microphone requires too much data to go over Bluetooth. The other is lag.
One of the best devices I have found for both of these problems is the
Plantronics M-55. It has a few problems of its own, but if you just want
Terrie, I have owned the Jabra halo. These are almost like a hairband girls
wear that go over each ear. They are a soft padding. It is almost as though
they took a flat strip about 2 inches wide and bent it to cover your ear, go
over your head and cover the opposite ear.

A lot of people will carry an iPad or Mini because they want to appear cited.
At least, they don't want to appear blind.

It sure would be nice to find a small speaker you could clip on your collar.
Bluetooth would be great. There are the flips headphones that you can lay on
your shoulders and use as speakers, but they were very expensive. I'm not sure
of the quality either.
