You are right. This has to be done with iTunes. You first connect the iPad to
the computer. here's where I don't totally know the steps, but I'll give you
what I do know. To put a phone in recovery mode, you press the volume up
button, release that, then press the volumae down

The adding an unknown caller to the contacts works fine.
You are mislead however, when it opens the contact VoiceOver says “is editing”
but in fact, it isn’t.
Double tap on the First Name field and you can enter text without having to go
to a different field first.

Thank you so much for your response. I actually called Apple support again and
what they have told me today is that there is a menu that is not coming up. If
we click on the/in front of all the products then the menu will come up so we
can choose all of the products that we want to purchase
On my iPhone 8 using iOS 11.26 on the AT network, I see one candle option
with two different scents if I click on the .JPG image. I think there is are
two prices shown. Is that what I'm supposed to be seeing?

It should work. I force touch and the option to pass will come up. I haven't
tried the method of pressing both buttons though. You can pause the workout by
changing to the first page of the workout as well.

At this point, try checking if status cells are enabled in VO/s braille
page. Reports state that when you enable status cells, VO will not come on
after you update to iOS 8. I had to install iOS 8 three times on my 4S (all

Sorry, in my example, the fingers are moving parallel to each other and
not towards each other. They're about an inch apart, moving parallel to
