Hi Keith, You are right. This has to be done with iTunes. You first connect the iPad to the computer. here's where I don't totally know the steps, but I'll give you what I do know. To put a phone in recovery mode, you press the volume up button, release that, then press the volumae down

The adding an unknown caller to the contacts works fine. You are mislead however, when it opens the contact VoiceOver says “is editing” but in fact, it isn’t. Double tap on the First Name field and you can enter text without having to go to a different field first. I believe the Go To Status

Thank you so much for your response. I actually called Apple support again and what they have told me today is that there is a menu that is not coming up. If we click on the/in front of all the products then the menu will come up so we can choose all of the products that we want to purchase
