Yes. This area needs lots of research.
I found that printed HEMA maps weren't good enough. WikiCamps is a
cool app for finding camping sites, but it uses Apple maps, and
the detail is woeful.
I did some research in December, and came across
bound 'Roads and TrAcks Western Australia' by QPA as it
has 250k and 500k mapping, in conjunction with the electronic mapping.
The latter shows me where I am, the former provides the bigger picture
of where I am going.
