I'm sorry,
I forgot to mention I was using a Slackware laptop setup and I had compiled
Xastir 2.X by rote. Perhaps in the future someone will have
better initiation strings for the TNC rather than using the old D7 ones.

Maybe you could put a conditional so that if there's no rain, it would display
humidity?
