RaVen I am NOT qualified to answer your question, however I will ask how badly 
have the kidneys been damaged, the reason I ask is that using EIS or CS 
internally which is a cleaner may be too powerful for the kidneys, if they have 
gotten to the point of having to have dialysis - sorry to hear this story about 
Ireland, did not know this, now I do - Interesting !!!!
