Dear Garnet & Nenah, Thank you both for all of the wonderful, helpful information you continually share with "us seekers"! I really appreciate each of you and hold your opinions and statements in high esteem! At present I'm concerned that each of you are looking at a complex subject, Ozone, and seem to not quite understand the other's viewpoint. Please, from an admirer (and I'm sure you each have many others) continue helping us and put this misunderstanding behind! Certainly Ozone, nor any other subject should divide us, when we seekers of alternative treatments are already in the official minority.
I wish each of you the best and urge you to continue adding to these many wonderful ideas with which we're experimenting in order to find some affordable health answers to be able to help ALL of us and the millions of less fortunate individuals who need OUR help! With sincere admiration and appreciation--I love YOU! ____Sincerely, ___________________________________ Richard Harris, 57 Year FL Pharmacist 448 West Juniata Street Clermont, FL 34711 www.rharrisinc.com www.myseahealth.com/reh http://healthandhealing.blogspot.com -----Original Message----- From: Nenah Sylver [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, November 24, 2004 1:33 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: CS> Ozone ----- Original Message ----- From: "Garnet" <[email protected]> To: "Silver List" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, November 24, 2004 10:37 AM Subject: Re: CS> Ozone [Nenah] > > I know what poisonous means, Garnet. You resonate with your sources and I resonate with mine. [Nenah] > > This is a spurious argument. If I spent my time getting substances assayed, I > > wouldn't be living. [Nenah] Garnet, you are of course free to misinterpret, misunderstand, malign, and judge me. Does it feel good to you to "win" an argument? A basic difference apparently between us is what each of us uses to assess our reality. I have a unique way of evaluating what works, as do you. I trust my intuition and am comfortable with whatever levels I use to evaluate my circumstances. I don't feel a need, for example, to have substances assayed (in this instance when we're talking about ozone). You believe in having substances assayed and it works for you. That's fine with me. I don't feel a need to put you down for it or judge you according to my own standards of what works for me. [Garnet] > It proves that the research you base your statements on is not supported > by a consensus of the world's experts. Are your references published in > peer reviewed journals? [Nenah] I am not going to play this "My sources are better than your sources" game, Garnet. Frankly, my experiences with ozone -- and its knowledgeable proponents -- are positive enough for me that I don't feel a need to concern myself with *who* you are citing or their credentials. Many people follow the FDA and its experts for instance, but that doesn't mean the FDA is right. [Garnet] > I have not disparged personal experience -- in fact I think it is quite > valuable. [Nenah] Again, I agree with you that ozone needs to be used responsibly. Also, just for the record (I don't know if you know this), I am not a "practitioner." [Garnet] > BTW Nenah WHERE is your PHd from? Did it come from an accredited > university? Lack of an answer here is an answer. [Nenah] My lack of an answer means something in particular according to *you.* You are of course free to interpret my refusal to engage with you anymore according to any judgment of me that you wish to make. [Garnet] > I have learned all I need to know about ozone in the past 7 years I have > been actively reseraching its potential for treating degenerative > disease. [Nenah] Perhaps others will find Oxyplus valuable. [Garnet] > Before Mike has a hissy fit I will direct further responses to the OT > list. [Nenah] You are making value judgments and assumptions here about what if means if my interests lie elsewhere because I do not wish to continue this debate. Again, of course you are free to believe anything you like about me; you are perfectly free to choose to feel that I am not measuring up to what you think I should be. In truth, Garnet, I have not been on the OT list for at least two years (it might even be three); and I have no interest in revisiting that list now. Simply put, I don't have time for vitriolic, judgmental discussions where each side tries to prove that they are "right." That's not where I want to put my energies into right now. I wish you well.
