REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MONTENEGRIN AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT MET IN PODGORICA TO RESPECT COMMON AND INDIVIDUAL INTERESTS
PODGORICA- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, Premier Filip Vujanovic and Minister of Finance Miroslav Ivanisevic met in Podgorica with President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) Vojislav Kostunica and Vice President of the Federal Government Miroljub Labus. The meeting was organized within the talks about a dialog on redefinition of relations between Montenegro and Serbia, initiated by Senior representative of the European Union (EU) Javier Solana- it has been announced from the Cabinet of President Djukanovic. Montenegrin and Federal officials exchanged their opinions about possible institutional and economic solutions, which could present the base of eventual agreement about redefinition of international relations, respecting common and individual interests of all participants in the process. Holms pointed out that the US would strive for recognition of the Montenegrin interests with a view to continuing reforms, regardless whether Montenegro is going to be an independent state or remain in some community with Serbia- Lukovac said. During his talks with the Montenegrin Chief of Diplomacy Special Adviser of the State Department underlined the determination of the US to continue supporting development of Montenegro. ECONOMIC REFORMS IN MONTENEGRO LAW ON ACCOUNTING AND REVISION PODGORICA- The new law on accounting and revision in Montenegro has all the international standards from this area- General Secretary of the Council of accountants and revisers of Montenegro Zoran Todorovic said. Montenegrin regulative in this area, in Todorovic's opinion will be adjusted to the states of the European Union (EU) and southeastern Europe, while the Law on accounting and revision will be applied to all enterprises, except to the budget users. The Montenegrin Ministry of Finance in accordance with the new law regulations is going to issue, by the middle of April this year, licenses for at least ten revisers, whose working licenses will be valid in the next two years. EKONOMSKE REFROME U CRNOJ GORI: ZAKON O RACUNOVODSTVU I REVIZIJI Podgorica - Novi zakon o racunovodstvu i reviziji u Crnoj Gori ima sve medjunarodne standarde iz te oblasti - izjavio je generalni sekretar Saveza racunovodja i revizora Crne Gore Zoran Todorovic. Crnogorska regulativa u toj oblasti, prema rijecima Todorovica, bice prilagodjena zemljama Evropske unije (EU) i Jugoistocne Evrope, a zakon o racunovodstvu i reviziji bice obavezan za sva preduzeca, osim za budzetske korisnike. CRNOGORSKI SEF DIPLOMATIJE BRANKO LUKOVAC O POSJETI VASINGTONU: SAD CE PODRZATI REFORME U CRNOJ GORI BEZ OBZIRA NA NJEN DRZAVNI STATUS Podgorica - Sjedinjene Americke Drzave (SAD) podrzavaju tekucu inicijativu Evropske unije (EU) o uredjenju buducih odnosa Crne Gore i Srbije, sa nadom da bi ona mogla dovesti do opste prihvatljivog rjesenja - izjavio je za podgoricku "Pobjedu" crnogorski sef diplomatije Branko Lukovac, nakon jucerasnjeg susreta u Vasingtonu sa specijalnim savjetnikom Stejt dipartmenta Dzejmsom Holmsom. Holms je naglasio da ce se SAD zaloziti za uvazavanje interesa Crne Gore u cilju nastavka reformi, bez obzira da li ce Crna Gora biti nezavisna ili u nekoj zajednici sa Srbijom - rekao je Lukovac. Specijalni savjetnik Stejt diparmenta u razgovoru sa crnogorskim sefom diplomatije istakao je rijesenost SAD-a da i ubuduce nastave podrsku razvoju Crne Gore. Crnogorski sef diplomatije Branko Lukovac u Vasingtonu boravi na poziv Centra za strateske i medjunarodne studije, koji je i organizator danasnjeg skupa posvecenog Crnoj Gori i njenom aktuelnom razvoju i preuredjenju odnosa sa Srbijom. Na tom skupu Lukovac se imati uvodno izlaganje. Za sjutra je predvidjen susret Lukovca sa predstavnicima Nacionalnog savjeta za bezbjednost Bijele kuce, sa senatorom Bobom Dolom, bivsim specijalnim izaslanikom americkog predsjednika za Jugoistocnu Evropu Dzimom O'Brajanom i jednim brojem kongresmena i senatora. EKONOMSKE REFROME U CRNOJ GORI: ZAKON O RACUNOVODSTVU I REVIZIJI Podgorica - Novi zakon o racunovodstvu i reviziji u Crnoj Gori ima sve medjunarodne standarde iz te oblasti - izjavio je generalni sekretar Saveza racunovodja i revizora Crne Gore Zoran Todorovic. Crnogorska regulativa u toj oblasti, prema rijecima Todorovica, bice prilagodjena zemljama Evropske unije (EU) i Jugoistocne Evrope, a zakon o racunovodstvu i reviziji bice obavezan za sva preduzeca, osim za budzetske korisnike. Crnogorsko ministarstvo finansija, u skladu sa novim zakonskim propisima, do polovine aprila ove godine dodijelice licence za najmanje deset revizora, cije ce dozvole za rad vaziti u naredne dvije godine. TRZISTE AKCIJA MVP POCELO DA FUNKCIONISE PRODATE AKCIJE TRI PREDUZECA. Podgorica-Drugog dana od otvaranja trzista akcija Masovne vaucerske privatizacije (MVP), na "Neks-montenegro" i "Montenegro berzi", prodate su akcije tri preduzeca. Trgovina akcijama MVP u Crnoj Gori pocela je 4.marta, a obavlja se iskljucivo preko brokera i berzi specijalizovanih za taj posao. UNIVERZITET ZA MIR UJEDINJENIH NACIJA POSTDIPLOMSKE STUDIJE IZ MENADZMENTA I DIPLOMATIJE U PODGORICI Podgorica - Medjunarodna postdiplomska skola magistarskog nivoa strateskog i zdravstvenog menadzmenta i diplomatskih studija pocece rad 9.marta u Rektoratu Univerziteta Crne Gore. Ta skola je organizovana na osnovu Sporazuma o saradnji, koji su potpisali Evropski centar za mir i razvoj Univerziteta za mir Ujedinjenih nacija i Vlada Crne Gore.
