PODGORICA- Talks about redefinition of the Montenegrin and Serbian relations will be finished by the middle of March. If there will be no agreement reached, the referendum will be organized in May this year- Montenegrin Premier Filip Vujanovic said to the Radio Zagreb. In the case Montenegro reaches an agreement with Serbia, the referendum will be organized in suitable period, with international guarantees for referendum's scheduling and recognition of referenumd's results- Vujanovic pointed out. The negotiations should result in an aim and in this moment the deadline is not decisive- the Montenegrin Premier underlined. SPOKESPERSON OF MONTENEGRIN DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SOCIALISTS IGOR LUKSIC MONTENEGRO ON THE WAY OF ITS STATEHOOD RENEWAL PODGORICA- Nervous reactions in Belgrade and in the Yugoslav coalition in Podgorica showed that both sides can not accept the fact that the time of nationalism has gone and Montenegro is on the way of regaining statehood renewal.- Spokesperson of the ruling Montenegrin Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Igor Luksic said. "This suggestion will ensure to Montenegro and Serbia an optimal solution for the relations and placing on equal basis", Luksic said to Radio "Free Europe", commenting critics of Solana's suggestion about federation redefinition. Here in Montenegro we insist on the international recognition and on the right on referendum and we truly hope that such an agreement is a multilaterally accepted.- Luksic said. COUNCIL FOR PRIVATIZATION OF THE MONTENEGRIN GOVERNMENT ADOPTED PRIVATIZATION PLAN FOR 2002. PODGORICA- The Montenegrin Privatization Council adopted yesterday the Privatization Plan for 2002. The Privatization Plan predicted faster shares selling of the Funds in 180 Montenegrin enterprises, in which funds and state do not have majority ownership. The Plan includes also privatization through the international tenders. The Council asserted that the privatization process has significant results in the last year, when around 390 thousands of citizens participated in the Mass voucher privatization (MVP) process, as the owners of shares in 221 enterprises. Six privatization funds have been founded, in which around 12 foreign companies in the Montenegrin economy have been included. PROGRAM FOR ENTERPRISES RESTRUCTURING PRESENTED IN PODGORICA USAID AND THE WORLD BANK WILL PROVIDE MONEY PODGORICA- Representatives of the Montenegrin Government and European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) representatives promoted project for reconstructuring of large, medium and small enterprises, yesterday in Podgorica. Previous activities on realization of the program for enterprises reconstructing have been analyzed and initiated measures for improvement of transitional processes in Montenegro. Enterprises restructuring program includes training courses and programs for additional working places, support to management in preparation and implementation of business plans and preparing of strategy for finishing privatization process. For the budget of the privatization project the EAR approved Euro 3 million, while the World Bank, and the USAID will also help financing of the project. in Montenegrin PREDSJEDNIK VLADE CRNE GORE FILIP VUJANOVIC: KRAJ RAZGOVORA DO SREDINE MARTA Podgorica - Razgovori o redefinisanju odnosa Crne Gore i Srbije bice okoncani do sredine marta, a ukoliko ne bude postignut dogovor, referendum ce biti organizovan u maju ove godine - izjavio je crnogorski premiijer Filip Vujanovic za Radio Zagreb. Ukoliko Crna Gora sa Srbijom postigne dogovor, onda ce se vrijeme referenduma projektovati na neki primjeran period, uz medjunarodne garancije za odrzavanje referenduma i priznavanje referendumskog rezultata - naglasio je Vujanovic. Crnogorski premijer je istakao da je u pregovorima nuzno postici cilj, a da u ovom trenutku nije presudno kada. Komentarisuci kritike predloga Havijera Solane o preuredjenju federacije, Luksic je Radiju "Slobodna Evropa" rekao da "ono sto taj predlog pokusava da donese Crnoj Gori i Srbiji, jeste optimalan nacin da se rijese odnosi i da se oni postave na nove osnove". Mi u Crnoj Gori insistiramo da se omoguci da steknemo medjunarodno priznanje i pravo na referendum, a nadamo se da je jedan takav sporazum multilateralno prihvatljiv - rekao je Luksic. Planom privatizacije predvidjeno je ubrzanje prodaje akcija fondova u 180 crnogorskih preduzeca, u kojima fondovi i drzava nemaju vecinsko vlasnistvo. Plan utvrdjuje i privatizaciju putem medjunarodnih tendera. Savjet je ocijenio da je proces privatizacije u minuloj godini imao znacajne rezultate, kada je u procesu masovne vaucerske privatizacije (MVP) ucestvovalo oko 390 hiljada gradjana koji su postali vlasnici akcija u 221 preduzece, a osnovano je sest privatizacionih fondova, preko kojih se u crnogorsku ekonomiju ukljucilo 12 stranih kompanija. U PODGORICI PREDSTAVLJAN PROGRAM ZA PRESTRUKTURIRANJE PREDUZECA NOVAC CE DATI USAID I SVJETSKA BANKA Podgorica - Predstavnici crnogorske Vlade i eksperti Evropske agencije za rekonstrukciju (EAR), juce su u Podgorici predstavili projekat prestrukturiranja velikih, srednjih i malih preduzeca. Analizirane su dosadasnje aktivnosti na realizaciji Programa prestrukturiranja preduzeca i inicirane mjere za ubrzanje tranzicionih procesa u Crnoj Gori. Projekat za prestrukturiranje preduzeca ukljucuje obuku i programe za prekobrojne radnike, podrsku menadzmentu u pripremi i implementaciji biznis planova i izradu strategije za dovrsavanje procesa privatizacije. Za budzet projekta privatizacije EAR odobrila je 3 miliona eura, a u njegovo finansiranje planirano je ukljucenje Svjetske banke i USAID-a.
