I have a pretty new sipx installation. I have one polycom ip 560
is that is at a remote location. All of my other phones are local
and are working fine. The remote network is connected to the
office network over a VPN. The phone is in the 192.168.1.0/24

I created the phone manually using the MAC and then assigned it to
a user. I rebooted the phone and it picked up the config fine, it
shows the extension in the first line box. However, I get no
dialtone and when I click New Call i get "URL call is disabled".
Is there something special I need to do for this remote phone? I
left the setup on the phone all at the defaults, in the server
menu I put the IP of the sipx server and that was the only change
made. Running 3.2.6 and 4.3.1
