You could use a sip account on your cellphone. You could also use an IM
account on your cellphone depending on how your forwarding is setup.

I also think if you search the users list archives, you will see this has
been discussed at least several times. I recall there are certain issues in
doing it this because you are rewriting headers, to which you should be
using a real sbc to handle a user matching rule. You could also setup a
siptrunk that forwarded calls use that always uses a predetermined callerid
set at the gateway, etc.
